Brr

It's freezing in the office. I wish I'd brought something to wear over my t-shirt today. I suppose I shouldn't complain, since a month ago it was too hot in here to breathe, but ...

Aw, poor thing. Was everybody complaining about the heat before, so they cooled things off, or is it just frighteningly cold over there? Being nearly August, I wouldn't think it'd be *that* cold.. shivery for a brit's gotta be down around 5 or 6 degrees :P

Yeah, low-20s indoors feels chilly to me too. This place is right around 24, warmer if I get too cold, altho Joe doesn't like it warmer, so usually it doesn't go up. I've got an old, loose sweatshirt I pull on most of the time, and I sit here under a blanket or two, so that keeps the chill off. My dorm room back at Reed, now.. I had that at a very nice 26/27. Comfy. But yeah, that's too warm once you get outdoors. I dunno why that is, but it is.

Over 30 would suck indoors. I know cuz our a/c's broken before (at the old place) and it's gotten up there. Urg. Too bad you don't have a window there to hang your head out of :P

na, 26/27 is too hot to sleep in comfortably. 22ish is an ideal indoor temp if you ask me. Below 21 I start thinking of jumpers, up to 25 is very comfortable, above that and I don't want to be working anymore, just basking with a cool drink.

I thought it was quite pleasant, early on. (Then the adrenaline kicked in and I stopped noticing external sensations.)

Basking with a cool drink, you say? That's about all I ever did in my dorm room ;)

Hot flashes

I have a similar problem at my workplace. I work with 5 hormonal women, so the temperature is never adequate. Let this be a lesson to all. Never work with women.
