Dwayne's appendectomy goes disastrously wrong, and results in his castration. Giles offers to help him out, but dies in a freak car accident on his way to the hardware store for a reamer. Meanwhile, Jenny spontaneously combusts while attempting to jump-start a stolen Ferrari, and Pam admits to Fred, Gareth, Bill, Frank, Keith, Helen, Ben, Anne and Dobbin that she's been cheating on them with the Pope.
