Um. I couldn't pretend to understand the main text of that, but intuitively I'd say it's a "your message was rejected because it contained a virus" message, not a spam.
I assume someone sent them a virus as though from you?
Oh, yeah, I know; I just automatically classify viruses as spam because I use spam-filtering tools to get rid of them and I dump them into my spam-bin mailbox. Sloppy wording.
